Refund and Returns Policy
We do not offer refunds for any products or services sold through our website.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if any size changes (Can be accepted only with proper photo or video) . Exchange can be accepted only if u send within 24hours after receiving the package.
If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at email contact@kulaari.com and send your product to our address.
If any damage or defect, the product is accepted for exchange only if u send the clear video while opening your order.
Exchange can be done with 2 working days after receiving your parcel. If it is customised order will take 5-7 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for replacing your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
